  •  5/22 Morning Announcements
     
    Are you interested in learning how to spin a flag?  Do you want to be a member of the Yorktown High School Marching Band? If you are a rising 8th or a rising 9th grader, the Yorktown High School Colorguard may be the place for you. The Yorktown High School Colorguard will be holding an interest meeting on Thursday May 24th at 3:30PM in the Yorktown Band Room.  We will be holding our first rehearsals on Tuesday May 29th ad Thursday May 31st from 6PM-8PM at the Yorktown Gym. No experience is necessary.  Please stop by and learn what our program is all about.

    Don't forget to submit your volunteer/service project information to receive up to 5 points towards your WMS Letter and Stars. Please include a description of the project, hours worked and a signature from the person in charge/project leader. Submit information by May 31 to the WMS main office.

    To all 7th and 8th grade cast and crew members of the past spring musical Pirates of Penzance. We are reviving two songs from the musical to present for the rising 6th graders on June 7th and 8th; Modern Major General and Paradox. We will be rehearsing ASP1 on the next three Tuesdays. please join us to prepare entertainment for the new Williamsburg students.
