Course Requests for Next Year

Students will meet with their TAs on Thursday, January 31 and Tuesday, February 5 to complete their course request forms.

Students need to get required signatures from parents and teachers.
Signed course request forms need to be returned to TAs:

by Tuesday, February 5 for students rising to Grades 7-8
by Friday, February 8 for students rising to Grades 9-12

Scheduling Documents

Only a small number of the Program of Studies Handbooks are being printed this year. Go to the Scheduling Documents page to read the Program of Studies for 2013-2014. Electronic copies of the Educational and Career Planning Form, Graduation Requirements, Course Request Forms and other scheduling documents are also available here. Personalized copies of the Course Request Forms will be given to students during TA on January 31. Students can also complete these forms in Google Docs or Word.

To complete the forms in Google Docs:
Log in to Google APS and use the link to access the form
Make a copy of the form by going to File-Make a Copy in Google
Complete the form
Print the form or share it with your TA

Scheduling for Rising 6th Graders

Rising 6th graders will receive their Course Request Forms when they visit H-B for their Middle School Shadow Day on Feb. 7, 9, 11, 14, 16 or 18.
