Welcome to Third Grade!
Ashley Smith
Hi! My name is Ashley Smith and I am so excited to be a part of the 3rd grade team this year at Barrett. I recently received my Bachelors of Arts in elementary education from Marymount University and relocated back to the Arlington area from Northern New Jersey. Currently, I am working on my master's degree through the distance learning program at the University of Cincinnati. I enjoy being so close to the nations capital and experiencing all of the great opportunities that are available. I also enjoy reading, swimming, teaching swim lessons, and watching both the Redskins and Terps football games. I am looking forward to having a great year getting to know all of the students, families, and staff of Barrett Elementary!
