Physical Information

All students wishing to participate in Middle School Sports must have had a physical within the past calendar year.For instance, if a student had a physical on March 18, 2010 he/she would be able to play interscholastic sports through March 17, 2011. Any physical dated past May 1 will be good through the end of the NEXT school year. Additionally, your student must turn in a signed copy of the "Athletic Participation Agreement." If an eighth grader intends to play a sport at the high school level they must also have sports injury or medical insurance. If your student does not have insurance, it can be purchased quite cheaply from the school. Call Mr. Siegel for details (703) 228-5909.
