    Posse Foundation Application Process

    All juniors with a 3.0 GPA or higher are welcome to apply. Information: www.possefoundation.org. The Posse Foundation works with a select group of colleges from across the country providing students with full tuition scholarships.All juniors with a 3.0 GPA or higher will receive a Wakefield Posse application in their 3rd period class. Deadline to be considered as a Wakefield nominee for a Posse Scholarship is Tuesday, May 28 at 9 am. in Mr. Clisham's office in the senior suite.Copies of the application can also be found in the Main Office. 2013 Posse Questions
     
    Spanish Honor Society Scholarship Opportunity
     
    The National Spanish Honor Society will be awarding two $600 scholarships to two seniors and one $600 scholarship to a junior. Applications may be picked up in Room 247 from Mrs. Reder. Students must have a 3.2 GPA or better and must have taken Spanish courses through Spanish Language AP. The deadline is 3:30 PM Friday May 24.

    Seniors:  April 15 – 26

    Intensified/AP:  All students enrolled in American Civ English, American Civ History, AP VA US History, Intensified Chemistry, World History I Intensified, Intensified Earth Space and Intensified Algebra II:  May 13 - 17

    Freshman:  May 20 Math,  May 21 Science, May 22 History

    Sophomores and Juniors:  May 23 Periods 2 & 6, May 24 Period 1, May 28 Period 3, May 29 Period 4, May 30 Period 5, May 31 Period 7

    Students should see their teachers for testing times and rooms. Please practice the new SOL Technology Enhance Items by visiting the Virginia Department of Education Website at:
