What's Happening at Campbell Elementary

Congratulations! rain barrel

Campbell Elementary School Receives First Place in “Operation Rain Barrel”
Campbell Elementary School was selected as the first place winner in George Mason University’s (GMU) “Operation Rain Barrel” program. Campbell received a $250 monetary donation to the school’s PTA and a complete water management site analysis from Water Management, Inc.

Green Scene: Campbell's Wetlands

As an Expeditionary Learning School, we are committed to creating authentic learning experiences for our students and nurturing a respect for nature. Campbell Elementary School’s new Wetlands Learning Lab area will allow Campbell to expand its hands-on, inquiry-based approach to education. Recently, over 100 volunteers helped staff plant vegetation in the new Wetlands Learning Lab and remove invasive plants from the schoolyard.
