Welcome to Tuckahoe Elementary School's PTA website. Use this website to stay in touch with Tuckahoe throughout the 2012-2013 School Year!

• To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children
• To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children
• To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation

From highly-visible events like the Harvest Fest and the Ice Cream Social/Book Swap to fundraising activities such as Gift Wrap and Book Fair. From the extremely valuable Tuckahoe Times and weekly e-mails to the behind-the-scenes funding for the Enrichment Scholarships. The Tuckahoe PTA is many things to many people.

Comprised totally of volunteers from the Tuckahoe community, the PTA provides valuable support to the school for the sole purpose of enhancing the education of children.

People like you make it all happen. If you think of something small that would be worthwhile for Tuckahoe, volunteer to do it. If you think of something big, volunteer to help. All ideas are welcome, especially if accompanied by some time to help get the job done!
