Meet Our Staff

Karli Boothe joined our ESOL/HILT team this year. She has worked as an ESOL teacher in a Washington, DC charter school and taught adult English language learners at the REEP program in Arlington. Ms. Boothe teaches fourth grade social studies, math, and language arts. She also provides language arts instruction within a kindergarten rotation model. Jeanie Chai is a founding staff member of Arlington Science Focus School. She taught first grade for many years before becoming a full time ESOL/HILT teacher. Joni Magee TBA

Jargal Jambaldorj is an instructional assistant and parent resource assistant. She is fluent in Mongolian, Russian, and English and is an invaluable resource in translating documents and interpreting at parent teacher conferences. Her contact information is Jargal.Jambaldorj@apsva.us.
