Swanson Middle School

General Supply List

  • Book bag/backpack (rolling backpacks DO NOT fit in Swanson lockers)
  • 2-inch (or larger) 3-ring binder that contains the following:  
               Loose leaf paper
               Graph paper in ¼ inch grid (to be used in Math and Science)
                Dividers
               Pencil pouch—containing the following at all times :
                        Pencils
                        Pens (blue or black ink)
                        Colored pencils or markers
                         Erasers
                         Glue sticks
                        Highlighters
                        School scissors
                        Small manual pencil sharpener with cover to catch shavings
  • Flash Drive
  • 2 large boxes of tissues (to be given to STAR teacher)
  • Assignment notebook (You can purchase one from Swanson for $5.

 

 Please be aware that this is a general list and teachers may need students to acquire additional supplies for their instructional program. Teachers will inform students of those specified items, with a reasonable period to access the supplies, during the first week of school.
